Carlisle’s started out as a men’s clothing store in 1948 owned by “Zip” Carlisle. By 1967 Bob Soucy bought the store from Zip and expanded it to its current size, tripling the square footage. During the 1970’s a women’s department was started and we have since expanded to include a children’s section. John Soucy, the 3rd generation owner bought the business from his dad Bob in 1994.
Over our 57 year history Carlise’s has always maintained its position as a full service clothing store offering quality brand name apparel and footwear for the entire family.
Carlise’s is constantly changing and evolving with new brands and categories. We are always looking for input from our customers for new ideas and brand names that they would enjoy.
Longtime customers are the foundation of our store and the employees are pleased to make new lifelong customers.
